SHIPPING POLICY — OFF//SET

We currently ship within the European Union only.

All OFF//SET products are produced on demand and fulfilled by Printful. Orders are printed and shipped individually — there is no pre-stocked inventory.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. During launches, limited drops, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch

  • Netherlands: 3–5 business days
  • Belgium: 3–5 business days
  • Germany: 3–5 business days
  • France: 4–7 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. Total delivery time from order to doorstep is typically 6–12 business days for Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and up to 17 business days for other EU countries.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All applicable fees are shown before you complete your order.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your order through to delivery.

Delivery address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or other delays outside our control. If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at ciao@studiodeodato.nl and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.

EU consumer rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the EU, you have statutory rights including the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exceptions. Your legal rights are not affected by this shipping policy.
