Welcome to OFF//SET. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Studio Deodato, trading under the name OFF//SET. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, products and services (the "Services"). OFF//SET uses Shopify as its technical platform.

Please check your order carefully before submitting. OFF//SET may not be able to process cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return Policy.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price charged is the price applicable at the time of order, as stated in your order confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices include applicable Dutch taxes and exclude shipping costs.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or other circumstances beyond our control. Once products have been handed to the carrier, risk passes to the buyer.

OFF//SET uses Shopify as its technical platform. All sales are made directly with Studio Deodato / OFF//SET. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and OFF//SET. By using our Services, you expressly release Shopify from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases with OFF//SET.
