RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

RETURNS

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at ciao@studiodeodato.nl with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (€5 flat rate). We will provide instructions on where to send your item once your return is approved.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ciao@studiodeodato.nl. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover all costs and arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification, in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive. Return shipping costs (€5 flat rate) apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
